    MyChallenges not unlocking


    Hi I was looking at the MyMissions section and realized that the "golden god" challenge, the one where you must have Xbox Live for 12 consecutive months, did not unlock. I have had xbox live for nearly a decade and had not let it lapse at all for at least
    the past three. I know I should have this completed is there anyway I can get it unlocked before the transition so I may use the gems?

    MyChallenge Gold Dust not unlocking and no Gems

    Hello Martis007,

    Since you did not play 10 hours or more of Games with Gold Titles in their featured period in February, you did not complete this offer. You played roughly 6.8 hours of Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India and roughly one hour in Split/Second. As stated on
    the offer FAQ:

    Games with Gold

    These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings for the month.
    Tracking for these MyChallenges will begin as of December 1, 2017.

    The featured period for Split/Second was February 1-15. For example, as listed on MajorNelson (Xbox Live Games With Gold For February 2018),
    "On Xbox 360, starting February 1st, Split/Second ($19.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through
    February 15th."

    MyChallenge Gold Dust not unlocking and no Gems

    Hi,

    During last 3 months I played featured GWG titles more than 10 hours each month. But I didn't receive the Gold Dust 100 MyVip Gems for that.

    Could you check?

    I played:

    December:

    Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide

    January:

    Since gems just started on October 1, it is not possible to complete that offer before the transition.

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have completed that MyChallenge at the current time.

    All the current MyChallenges for those badges can be found in the FAQ at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-uk/faq/). Once you complete a MyChallenge, the badge will unlock.

    We see that this MyChallenge is currently pending on your MyRewards page along with another perk, waiting for you to claim them. As stated on the FAQ, you can see pending Gems from MyChallenges on the MyRewards page:

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.
