Discus and support MyChallenges for GamePass Subscription in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have subscribed to GamePass since December and Xbox Rewards still does not show that I have completed the MyChallenge for 3-month GamePass...     MyChallenges for GamePass Subscription


    I have subscribed to GamePass since December and Xbox Rewards still does not show that I have completed the MyChallenge for 3-month GamePass Subscription.

    Please help!

    Hello TREMBYL,

    The MyChallenges will begin tracking from October, when MyChallenges and Gems were first created. If you have an existing subscription, it will begin counting that from last month onward.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums with your inquiry. The difference between Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Gamepass is basically what the two subscriptions do. Xbox Live Gold is a paid subscription that enables you to be able to play online multiplayer with
    your friends around the world. Xbox Live Gold also gives you access to Games with Gold and Deals with Gold. Xbox Gamepass is basically a paid subscription that enables your account to have access to the Xbox Gamepass Library of games that you are able to install
    and play just by maintaining your subscription. Xbox Gamepass is for use on an Xbox One only.

    What are MyChallenges?



    MyChallenges are a new way to earn by completing certain tasks, like having an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or pre-ordering digital games from the Microsoft Store. For every challenge you complete, you’ll earn a Reward of MyVIP Gems and a badge
    to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.


    Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.



    Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created and introduced as a feature in October, it is not possible to track activity done before they existed.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have escalated this issue to another team to investigate. Currently, it appears that your subscription is a free 12-month prepaid subscription. Since promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, this subscription
    time is not going towards the MyChallenge.
