MyChallenge Gold Dust not unlocking and no Gems

Hi,

During last 3 months I played featured GWG titles more than 10 hours each month. But I didn't receive the Gold Dust 100 MyVip Gems for that.

Could you check?

I played:

December:

Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide

January:

Tomb Raider Underworld

February:

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India

Split Second

Not receiving rewards.

Hi PrincessRoyer. Smwutches is correct. You did complete the Survey MyChallenge on February 11th, and Gems will be awarded soon. Challenges for membership will be awarded once the 6th month is completed. The Gold Dust MyChallenge will be awarded at the end
of the month. Thanks for your patience.

We see that the Mixer MyChallenge is currently awaiting you to claim it on your MyRewards page. Gems were only created October 1st, so we cannot award Gems for activity done before they existed, so you have not received Gems for your Gold status prior to
their creation. We see you have been consistently receiving 2 gems for your survey completion, and we see that you only have done five surveys, since Gems and MyChallenges only began in October. Note that the 2 gems is not a MyChallenge, so they will not have
to be claimed first. They are automatically added to your vault total.

the offer FAQ:

Games with Gold

These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings for the month.
Tracking for these MyChallenges will begin as of December 1, 2017.

The featured period for Split/Second was February 1-15. For example, as listed on MajorNelson (Xbox Live Games With Gold For February 2018),
"On Xbox 360, starting February 1st, Split/Second ($19.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through
February 15th."

There are no offers to earn Credits for Gold renewals. However, with the recent launch of our Gems feature, there is a MyChallenge for continuous Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. From the FAQ:

What are the current MyChallenges?

These are the current MyChallenges available. Check back often, as we’ll be adding new ones on a regular basis!

Xbox Live Gold

Golden Child: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 3 consecutive months, earn 20 MyVIP Gems

Golden Age: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 6 consecutive months, earn 40 MyVIP Gems

Golden God: Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 12 consecutive months, earn 60 MyVIP Gems

We see that this MyChallenge is currently pending on your MyRewards page along with another perk, waiting for you to claim them. As stated on the FAQ, you can see pending Gems from MyChallenges on the MyRewards page:

How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?

Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
page. You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.
