MyAchievement Status

Went up a level in the MyAchievement for April it's now May 8th and it has not updated. What should I do?

MyAchievements

I haven't done any missions, however I have over 25000 gamerscore. I should be at the Legend tier, however it shows me at having 0 score. How do I get the Legend status to appear/

Hello StarGayz,

We only update MyAchievements once a month. Since your last achievement was on May 8th, (100 Gamerscore from Match 50 in Frozen) it was not included in the May update. You should see your promotion next month.

Since you only registered yesterday, you have not yet been processed. As mentioned in the confirmation screen and email you receive on sending a registration request, it can take up to 48 hours for us to process a registration. Since we have not yet registered
you as a member, we have not yet gathered your profile information.

No, that should work.

Slightly odd. Try recovering your gamertag - it seems strange but it clears the cache and sort of kicks the profile a little.
