MyAchievement Badge Not Updating

Discus and support MyAchievement Badge Not Updating in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; MyAchievement Badge hasn't updated.     MyAchievement Badge Not Updating


    MyAchievement Badge hasn't updated. I passed 100,000 gamerscore in April about 6 weeks ago and it still has not changed to Overlord. Please have this corrected or explain how I get it corrected. Thank you.

    Special Badge?

    There was no badge for this offer. Usually, badges are from MyChallenges, or from getting a new MyAchievements tier.

    xbox rewards points given but not showing on balance

    my balance states zero, but i only claimed it one time and shortly after i first joining the rewards.

    so o got over 8.000+ points missing from my balance. tried to chat with a representative but instead of having problem fixed i was told to come to this forum.

    I lost my VIP status

    Hello o Flesh Stick o,

    Around the time of the MyAchievements update that included new badge tiers, there was an error that caused non-MyVIP eligible purchases to be tracked for MyVIP. In your case, I can see that your game consumable purchases were incorrectly increasing progress.
    When we fixed this error, this caused your VIP level to drop.

    MyAchievement tiers are updated on a monthly cycle, around the beginning of every month. Since we have not yet updated MyAchievement tiers, any of you recent gamerscore increases from last month have not yet been processed. Please allow more time for our
    monthly MyAchievements calculations to complete.
