My year subscription of live gold isnt working

I don't believe changing your credit card would effect your gold membership. Have you checked your subscription settings to see when your subscription is expected to end?

check https://account.microsoft.com/services/ to confirm that your gold is active.

check https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status to see if there are any issues there.

if they are both good then you may need to contact support and request a call back

go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Select Billing & accounts in the category area

Select See other options

Select Online Safety

Select Show contact options

Select Request a call from Support

another thing , when i log out of my account i can see the page of the live gold subscription . its like my account isnt working with the live gold

Only thing that isnt i connected is xbox live

My xbox box gold yearly subscription shows it is active On mricosoft.com
