    My year badge does not show on my account


    I have owned the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for almost two and a half years and had a two year badge show up on my account. Recently, my two year badge has disappeared and I still own the game pass. So I’m wondering what happened to my year badge.

    Can you tell me how account veteran status is there? Maybe you been on Xbox for 5 years. Maybe 2 years. How can I show it off in a badge? Don't say gold because that doesn't reflect account veteran status & is not a badge.

    Hello, The Badge will only show up on your account when you have a Constant billing cycle of your subscription. If you miss payment on 1 month it will reset the number on the badge and it will show up next year on the same day you subscribed to the subscription.

    That number is for the amount of time you've had Gold, not just the number of years you've been on Xbox. Do you still have a Gold subscription?
