my xp on m,y profile wont show

so am guessing i wont earn xp or anything till am accepted onto program?

even tho i applied and i get this

But the problem is that the xp is not showing on my profile, with that xp, i was supposed to rank up to level 2, because i have 260 xp points without this 200 xp points prize.

It wont show on my profile on the xbox though.

I know that I have Ambassador Status because the Specialization shows up in my profile (as a level 0), just not the XP or the option to include it in the breakdown. The Enforcement United shows up just fine in both, and I have gained enough XP from it to
level up to level 1 in XCL.
