    My XboxOne kept scrolling down when when turned on.


    I went to troubleshooting and reset the Xbox but it just keeps scrolling down no matter how many time I turn it off. How can I fix this?

    Thank you so much for the update. if you have already performed the powercycle on your console and the same issue occurs, may I ask if there are any changes that you have made before the issue started?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If I may ask, have you tried to use a different controller? It can be an issue with the controller as well since you have tried resetting the console.

    Also, please perform a powercycle by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    I did this and it didnt work. I even unplugged the xbox then plugged it back in. However when i turned the xbox back on it brought me to a screen with diffrent languges to choose from and even then it kept scrolling down.(i only have one controller)
