    I installed the ARK game to my son this week. I bouth directly from my console and today it just dissapeared! from the Installed Games... When I seach for the game the only option is to buy it again! )-:? What happened? anyone could help?

    PS: My console is X-Box One.

    Ark:survival evolved asking me to buy even though I brought it in game preview

    I purchased ark survival evolved on the game preview program and now when I go to play it’s telling me I need to buy it again which isn’t what should happen brought this back in may 2016 yet now it’s released its asking me to buy it again

    Me and my cousin try to share games, he made my profile on his xboxone home, and when he downloaded my games, i made my Xbox my home Xbox. Now he didn't download my games and made my xboxone profile his home again and the when he finally downloaded the games
