My xbox yearly badge has disappeared off xbox profile.

To set your expectations properly, other gamers have experienced this as well on their account. It may take a while for the badge to update after a subscription renewal or payment.

Please sign out your account. And then perform a power cycle on the device by turning it off. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it for 2 minutes. Plug in all cables back and turn it on. Then sign back in.

If you recently renewed your subscription, the badge might not have updated immediately. Kindly allow some time for the system to process the change.

That’s the Xbox ambassador badge and it indicates your Xbox ambassador level. The badge was changed to this not long ago.

You can turn this badge on/off in your profile settings. If you turn this off, it won’t appear on your profile.

There is a tab for 'Profile' then down below click 'Badges & Pins' and you can toggle on or off for your badges to appear on Xbox Live profile.

I’ve said this a lot but, xbox profile badge that has the badges they used for achievement tiers they had with xbox rewards.

Just to add that you are not alone. My badge disappeared a few weeks ago and has not come back. I think it has broken somewhere in the back-end and stopped counting as my 360 profile still shows tenure but stuck at 19.

I was a member of the Xbox Live beta and have had no breaks in tenure either, with my current subscription not expiring until Nov 2023.
