    My xbox x won't work


    My xbox one x scorpio woouldn't load games, then would not turn off. I had to unplug it. Started it back up and now it still won't load games, but gives me random noises of games I tried to load. Turned it off, but it won't actually turn off (again).
    Complete piece of **** I wasted two hours trying to play! Never had a problem with my original X1, but all these stupid new updates ruin it. Thankfully, I can post on a forum, wait hours, and get help from volunteers instead of calling a help line. Now
    I know why MS is so profitable.

    Trying to run kingdom under fire : The crusaders, but it fails.

    My xbox 360 is up to date, other disc works well, the game work on my friends xbox, but it won't work on mine.

    I am getting this : X:5014.0 B:1884.0 code

    Does anyone have a solution ?

    Cant sign in

    I'm getting the same error 0xCFFFF82B I have three Xboxes in my home regular model works fine S model works fine its just my X model that won't let me sign in.

    From what it sounds like there might be a bit more going on with your hardware. If you've done the troubleshooting steps, the next place to go would be devicesupport.microsoft.com If the console is registered to your account it should be there for you
    to start a service request, if not you should be able to register it on that site via the serial number on the console.
