    My Xbox X will not turn on


    I have had my Xbox series X for a little over a year now and I woke up this morning and the light on the power button will light up but the tv will not recognize that the Xbox is on and no power is coming out of the usb ports I have tried changing to a cord that is from my brother’s Xbox series X but it didn’t work and my controller doesn’t recognize the Xbox is on

    If this only happens to you with a television or a specific type of television (and it gives you a signal without problem on others) then it means that it is not a problem with the Xbox console, but with the television where it does not give you a signal, so you I recommend contacting their manufacturer directly for better assistance.

    I had the same issue but on my Xbox 1s, I tried resetting tv and the Xbox but nothing worked, however I tried changing the ports and it turned out the Xbox wasn't plugged into the correct HDMI port, so if you haven't already, try plugging in the cable to different HDMI ports to see if that's the problem, both for the TV and the Xbox. I don't know if this will help you, but for me I just had the cable plugged into the wrong port, which is why my TV didn't recognize if my Xbox was on or off.
