    My Xbox X account was hacked


    Yesterday I got a Microsoft notification that my password was changed and another email that said security info was added. They took my account, deleted my old email and phone number and have swapped out with 3 new emails so far. I have tried multiple times to contact them via forms and no phone calls are allowed like they use to be. I have had my gamer tag for roughly 20 yrs and really want it back. I have all of the pictures and emails that microsoft has sent me. I really need to talk to someone.

    Major Nelsons account was never hacked. The person who aqquired the account used reverse social engerneering techniques to gain access tohis email address and issued a password reset to his live ID they nevr hacked his live ID
