    - To clarify, is your console not turning on at all? not even for a few seconds?

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using? If you are using the original Xbox One, let me know the color and status of the LED indicator on the external power supply.

    - Just for confirmation, are the outlets you tried regular wall outlets? Sometimes using extension cords, power strips, surge protectors, and similar devices, can cause power-related issues.

    - Are there any external devices connected to your console's USB ports?
