My xbox won't start

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem with your console, with the intention of helping you I am going to suggest that you take some steps. The first thing we are going to do is a power cycle:

1. Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox Button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it turns off completely.
2. Disconnect the power cable from the console. Wait ten seconds.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox Button on the console to turn it on again.

Thank you crystal. I have tried but it says that there is a service error when I try to request a call or make contact. I also dialed 1-800 for my Xbox and it just gave me the Xbox help website and hung up on me. I'm not sure how to get in contact with
anybody but I figured I would let you know that I am having trouble getting a call back.

All but two but i had the account that boughts them on my xbox amd for some reason it wasnt working. I mean this has been ongoing for almost 2 years. I am sliwly losing my abilty to play my games. It is starting on my xbox as well and i just loat the ability
to play black ops 2. Idk if that is a whole separate reason or problem with the backwards compatibility but I'm just at a loss after so long of trying
