My xbox won't play the second start-up sound when I force it into troubleshoot

Wolfenstein will not play on my Xbox one. It has installed but when I go to start it the red start up screen appears for a few seconds then goes back to home. And it won't uninstall.

This is the most frustrating thing ever! When i try to start up a disk the Xbox makes an awful grinding sound and won't spin the disk. Just now i tried starting up Black Ops 3 probably 15 to 20 times and it wouldn't work. So i tried Halo 5 and it was the
same thing. So i completely shut down the consol (held the power button down for 8 seconds) and tried again. It worked on the second try. My xbox has been doing this since the last consol update about 4 months ago, and it seems to be getting worse. All i can
recommend i guess is holding that power button down for 8 seconds and starting it back up, cause it just so happened to work for me. Good luck man

I just got done doing a reset on my xbox and it fixed all of the problems! Just go into the troubleshoot menu by holding the BIND and EJECT button then hitting power while still holding those 2 first buttons until a second startup sound comes on. Then go
to reset Xbox and then choose to keep your games and apps. then after a short while your Xbox shoud make you go through Start-up and should be working when your done!

My Mic plays sound to me, but I can't talk to anyone else except when i use Kinect. I'm able to mute and unmute with the orange light coming up, and hear the beep, but nothing really happens. I noticed it one day when i tried to do a voice over on a video
and I could not register sound. I tried unplugging my mic and recording but when i hit start recording voice it says, "No Mic detected." So I plug it in and then it'll start but I still can't input any audio because my mic won't work.
