    Hello,

    Last week, I downloaded the most recent OS update for my Xbox console and now I'm having issues that didn't exist prior to the update. I can sometimes load up some games like Rocket League, but other games like Fortnite now refuse to start up. I've tried doing factory resets, clearing my cache, resetting my router, and many other options suggested by Microsoft, but nothing has helped. I occasionally will be able to play games for a couple of hours but ultimately I get the same result: a frozen screen followed by me getting kicked out of the game.

    When I check my network settings I'm also met with a 100% packet loss issue, which doesn't make too much sense in and of itself.

    I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they've found a solution to it. Also, I am curious if there's a way to undo the most recent OS update. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for me!

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

    Same problem here. Regarding the packet loss, how come I never had this problem before? It started after the latest console update for xbox one. When I try the ping test, the most packet loss I get is 2 packets which adds up to 0%, but when I check my xbox
    one it says the loss is 100%. WTF?? Does anyone have any solution? Thanks

    You would not have any connection to the internet, let alone XBLive, if packet loss is 100%. Connection relies on the ability of packets, information data blocks, for lack of a better term, to recognise and acknowledge the data has been sent and received
    correctly, ie no corruption.

    Edit.. Data showing 100% packet loss has to be a result of local internal corruption of the processors, and would require a restart.
