Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

I tried all of that and still cannot install anything to my internal storage. What am I supposed to do

Yeah i understand what your saying, but my xbox says i have around 220GBs still able to be used and i checked the storage in settings and it said the same thing but it won’t let me use that storage.

Im signed in on the same account and no im using the microsoft store on pc because it won’t let me install the xbox (beta) app either due to me having windows 10 version 17134.829 when it says I need version 18362.0 even though when I check for updates
it says im up to date

My game duty modern warfare is when I turn it on it says please install multiplayer but I already installed stalled all the packs it and it won’t let me play Online idk why The other day I was playing online I don’t know what happen unless they’re updating
it. Doesn’t say it needs an update so wrong With call of duty Mondern warfare ? Please help out
