My xbox wont let me start a party

my Xbox series X wont let me start a party when i press start party or go to message someone it tells me i have an enforcement. But when i go and check to see what the enforcement is it says i dont have one i got on my xbox 1 and my party chat and messages worked fine is my xbox series x broken??????

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Let's check and validate, can you please sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and make sure that you're signed in under the same Microsoft email address logged into your Xbox Series X?

Once confirmed that there is none, please remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

"REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

If you haven't tried resetting your modem/router I would try that, but what does you NAT type say? If it is moderate or lower then you may have scatter access to the party to none at all. You may even want to try hitting the home button and going to Settings>Network>Advanced
Settings> Alternate Port Selection. I find that clears up some of the network issues. Couldn't hurt to do the same path but when you get into Advanced Settings go to Alternate Mac address and hit Clear. Those are things I would start with. If that doesn't
