    Xbox consoles do not have Bluetooth support, as Microsoft uses its own wireless protocol, it does not use Bluetooth. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Nothing but xbox compatible accessories can work with console

    However if you use the xbox app you can connect using your phone

    Bluetooth headsets/earbuds can not be paired with the Xbox One.

    Unless you have licensed or approved headsets/earbuds for Bluetooth on Xbox they most likely will not work.

    USB headsets aren't compatible with Xbox from my knowledge. The only headsets that will work are supported bluetooth headsets and items that use a 3.5 millimeter jack (Only exception being iOS earbuds).
