    My Xbox won’t let me connect to the wifi


    My xbox wont let me connect to the wifi so i reset the consle and like its still the same and i dont know what to do.

    If I do the console reset option that doesn’t remove games and apps on the Xbox series s, does it still remove all accounts as well?

    Thankyou for the response, I have other things connected to my WiFi and are having no issues with them so my WiFi is on and working, I even pulled out my Xbox one and it’s having the same issues, I’ve reset my Xbox series s, and It won’t even let me finish the setup stages because it just simply won’t connect.

    Have you checked the router settings on WiFi ? It's possible that it refuses the connection from the Xbox due some security settings.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Are you using a Xbox One or Xbox 360? What is the error message or error code that appears when you attempt to connect to WiFi?
    Are you attempting to connecting to a hotspot or a home network? When you say that you reset the console do you mean that you power cycled the console or you did a factory reset? Be sure to let us know the results!
