    My Xbox won't let me conect to the wifi


    my Xbox one disconcerted from the wifi and now won't let me reconnect, it was working fine for a long time now it just won't let me back on, I know it's picking the wifi up as when o go on 'set up wireless network' I see my wifi it just won't let me on.....
    Any help please??

    Cant conect my wifi

    Yesterday i change my internet service and now i cant conect my console to internet with the wifi, my laptop conects ok, and also my tablet.

    If i conect my xbox with the ethernet cable to the modem it works fine and i get to LIVE

    Why i cant conect my console with the wifi?

    the modem is a "hitron tech 31235"

    I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!

    My modem don´t detect the ethernet cable

    its kinda weird and im not sure how to explain it

    my laptop is conected thru wifi, then i conect a ethernet cable from my laptop to my xbox, and my xbox detects the cable then, but of course i don´t have acces to internet, it just appear to be conected with a ethernet cable

    Internet Speeds are good but still getting 1 bar lag spikes in games.

    If you have you're xbox conected in wifi, get the wifi close to the xbox, but if you are conected via cable, test with another cable, feu days ago i see the same problem in mi console and the problem was the cable.
