    Hello. I have a question can any body help me my xbox one won't download any games from the disk any more i have tested it tpday because i wanted to play fallout 4 and it didn't do anything (the disk had a small scratch ) so i tried f1 2016 also no reaction i don't no ehat to do any more my last disk installation was f1 2020 what i got on 10 of july

    Can't Play Any Games other than borderlands & L4D2.

    Um Its not my disks that won't read. Its my downloaded games that won't play, and any game that is installed. My downloaded games and installed games register as unreadable disk. Aren't they supposed to read off of the hard drive.

    xbox live connection failed

    What I do to trigger an update that won't download is Open your disk drive, Turn off the xbox(make sure disk drive stays open), Put disk into disk drive, Turn on xbox. This will close the drive and automatically trigger the download.

    I seem to have the same issue. I tried Xbox disk version Elder Scolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition and my Xbox One won't detect the disk and can hear strggling to read it for a minute then it gives up. The disk icon does not appear, it acts as
    if it is empty. I also went to xbox store, with disk inside, to see if it would allow free download but it was requesting payment. Any help would be great! Disk looks great. I will try on a second xbox one and report back.
