My Xbox won't connect with my element tv

What console are you using? What was the last thing you did before the failure occurred? Does the screen go blank or black? Since when do you have this problem? My issue was that. Xbox says they support everything basically and only problems caused are by the TV in which is an elements uhd4k with 8-10-36 bit even.. So my xbox says it will support certain formats whilst games cannot project in 4k or hdr10 whilst
my tv does support it.. i know my tv is not Sony or Samsung lol but again the problem is the lie xbox portrays whilst saying they support each and every format.. not the fact my tv is cheaper brand. F.Y.I Elements TV's are Amazing and well worth the price.

Unp-lug everything from your tv and only have your xbox plugged in, does it work.

Confirm the cable is good by trying it with another device.

Try each HDMI port in the tv

But first make sure your using HDMI OUT, not the IN one.

What cable should I go buy from best buy. My Xbox one won't work with my hdmi. It connects sloppy. TV won't work as it blinks a black screen with no sound. also my connect won't recon is voice commands like pause or play or channel change. Thanks
