My Xbox won’t connect to the tv then turns of later
My xbox s wont connect to my tv and then just turns off after about 20 seconds. I have tried to unplug every thing and rest it multiple times but i still cant get it to work but sometimes it will connect but it goes to a screen i forget what its called and
it has rest, factory rest, ofline update, and something else it only happend 3 times in the past 3 months or so but one time it worked and i factory reset it but after a day or two it froze like it did before it stopped working and i couldnt move anything
and then it just turned off

Unfortunately Xbox ambassadors, we can't help you. To solve your problem, I invite you to call the customer service of your TV brand or Microsoft technical support: If you need to contact a live person in Microsoft customer service you need to dial 1-877-696-7786.
This number is available 24 hours a day. To speak with a live agent, you need to press 3 at the first prompt, then press 6 at the second prompt and press 6 at the third.
In any case, I think you have already done it but check all the connections of your TV, your XBOX and if possible, test with another HDMI cable.

None of these worked. The problem is that I can turn the Xbox on for a few seconds but it won’t boot up or send a signal to my TV. I’ve tried different HDMI cables, different TV’s and different outlets. The power indicator turns on and the fan starts to spin but then it suddenly stops and nothing happens on my TV screen.

Never mind, it turned off way later and won’t come back on.

It was working yesterday and then I turned my Xbox off and tried to use it a couple of hour later and not was working but the mouse. But when I’m on games it says I’m using but the keyboard won’t work

As I stated in my OP it won’t connect to anything via hdmi, we have tried multiple cables and TVs
