    Our Xbox won't connect to our wifi connection. All computers and phones are connected to our wifi.

    Xbox One won't connect to the wifi

    So just now today my Xbox just decided to not connect to the wifi for whatever reason, the wifi is working completely fine, everything else can connect, just not the xbox. When I try to connect it, it tells me that my xbox can't connect to the wifi and that
    it's a hardware problem. I've restarted my wifi several times and it still won't work, I've restarted my xbox several times and it still won't connect. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know a solution?

    My Xbox won't connect to our wifi.. Everything else can connect to it

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.
