: My xbox will not connect to my internet

...I tried to put my ssid successfully this time it said this console supports WPA/WPA2 and WEP network security protocols but your router is using something else .You'll need to change routers configuration for more info visit xbox.com/networkhardware.I

Please restart your router again and sign into it's configuration on your PC.

Check the WiFi settings on your router if the security model of your WLAN settings were changed.

After you made sure your WiFi settings are correctly set to WPA2 with Pre-Shared Key, hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds, and restart the console again.

Make sure the console shows you a green bootup screen. If not, hold the power button for 10 seconds again.

Then try to connect to your console again

I would also try with a Cable Connection if possible to ensure the Internet is working fine.
