1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry. .

2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

3. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

I had the same problem. I was able to fix it by unplugging my Xbox an tv for a min. Then plugged it all back in. It worked after that

I didn’t hide the game, even accidentally, to be sure I pressed the left stick for a while to see if my game was coming back but unfortunately no.

I tried yesterday a classic restart (my xbox is not set on Instant On power mode) and also checked after a 3 hours shut down.

After reading your answer I just power cycled, with the 10 seconds cable unplug and plug, but it didn’t help.

Mine recently disappeared as well. I had to unplug power block from xbox ... Leave it unplugged for like a minute or two... Light on power block turned orange... Plugged it back in ... Rebooted. . and there was my ready to install games back where I can
access them again... Not sure if this will work for you but i suggest you give it a shot. Good luck!!

I'm trying to download from the Microsoft store but each time I start the download it just dissappears from the queue but all the Resource packs. And for the trouble shooting I have restarted my xbox, changed the wifi, unplugged it then plugged it back in and every time I go to attempt the download it starts to work the afew minutes later the game disappeared from the queue and doesn't appear in my downloaded games.
