But fear not, for there is a solution! First of all, that's so basic and normal. It usually happens to me quite often, but there's a reason; your Xbox console is telling you something. Therefore, if you're a newbie or kind of new to this system. Start off
by checking the regular mistakes that are common with beginners and so on:

1- Check the Xbox 360/One's Adapter sometimes the charger, plug or the wire itself is not adjusted or pressed in tightly.

2- Are you AFK (Away From Keyboard) sometimes being away from keyboard, as in unstable from touching any of the console devices for an amount time, can automatically shut down your console.

3- Settings have you checked your settings maybe? Screen saver, or duration time before the Xbox automatically shuts down?

And very lastly, you can set Download to Automatic. So that the games and updates are automatically downloaded and installed without needing to wait any longer!

right now i have the same issue. It turned off while using 2 times in 5 minutes. I rebooted the console, and it boots to "my games & apps"? when i press homebutton, nothing happens. i tried a reboot again, same thing. I reset my console entirely (changed
from old x1 to new x1 s a week ago, so no big fuss) and now it works. For 5 minutes. After just using plex for a couple of minutes, can't switch to homescreen AGAIN and am now stuck with guide menu. reboot wont help. Can't even send an error report due to
missing button to do that. Your solutions didn't help either.
