    My xbox thinks I’m spamming Y (space)


    So i had some trouble with my xbox recently.

    it wouldn’t turn on so i switched the power cord out and it was all fine again, then i did a complete reset keeping my games and apps.

    That was about a week or 2 ago and now this morning i went to play a game and it said my storage wasn’t working oddly, i decided to format my hard drive and it erased all that was on it. Luckily i just want to play minecraft so it wasn’t a long wait to install.

    I got back home and decided i wanted to see who on my friends list is in a party but it kept spamming one persons thing which was weird. I then went to go make a group post but when i went to add a description it spammed space until maxing out my characters. My first thought was the controllers broken so i changed my controller, also spammed space so i tried another, same thing. Which makes sense because i got this controller earlier this year so it shouldn't be broken. I have no idea whats wrong or how to fix it. I tried reseting it and unplugging it for a bit but it didn’t solve the problem for long.

    Yes, it doesn’t save my progress. I tried it on dead space 1 and the same thing happened every time I launch the game it automatically says I’m disconnected from Xbox live just like on dead space 2
