    My Xbox that I unenrolled out of insider is still on an Insider Build


    When I enrolled my Xbox into insider it gave me a bunch of problems, so I unenrolled and it reset my console. When I checked the OS version in the settings it said it was recent, however the troubleshoot menu said 19041.4333. I wasn’t in insider according to an MS Support representative and I unplugged my Xbox and waited about two weeks for an OSU. I did the OSU today and it worked, however the troubleshoot menu says 19041.4402 but the OS in the settings say the recent Nov update. Why is my Xbox still in insider?

    hey it looks like your on an insider build, can you unenroll from it??

    It may be worth asking over this on the Xbox insider reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/ as they will probably be able to help you more

    I have tried that and unfortunately it doesn't work. The xbox jo longer shows on the insider hub as it's been unenrolled. Still stuck in update loop. It's applying the update and stuck on 53%. The OS at the bottom of the screen is showing a dev build

    xbox offline software update file version is old, could you post the new one

    As previously advised, the version, 18363.7196.191016-1200, is an Omega Insider build; refer to Insider Hub >Manage Devices; so therefore a OSU (Offline System Update) cannot be used unless the console is first unenrolled from the Insider preview program.

    If you are signed up for the Insiders Program for the beta builds, you can unenroll from the program and prevent other issues coming up for you.
