Please, reset your console.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

If the issue persists, and taking into consideration the overheat issues, I recommend you submit a repair request.

So so long as I long into the Xbox Series S/X with my account, the one I use to buy the game, I download the game onto the console? I’m just making sure because the Xbox series S belongs to somebody else in my house hold, but I’m still able to use it even though it’s not mine. I was just trying to see if I logged into the series S with my account I could just download the game on there and then play it from there.

My external loads on the other xbox but still takes too long to load any game so crashs. but the external which is the game hub thing i had on my 2nd xbox the xbox doesnt recognize it.

i tried formating my external and now the xbox cant even find it.

Controller issue seems to be gone though. only issue is whatever xbox the external is plugged into the xbox has an extreme long time loading start up and cant connect any controller for a couple minutes.
