Hello Ankit, I don't know what device you're trying to view your subscription from, but if you haven't tried it through the Xbox account management site, click the link below and log in with your account, then go to Services & Subscriptions.

If your subscription doesn't appear in the account you signed in, try checking other secondary accounts you may have.

It should be added immediately added and visible. You may need to validate if it was redeemed under the correct account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the redemption transaction. Once confirmed, validate your subscription tab if it's showing as active (https://account.microsoft.com/services).

If you're on Xbox, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account and if you're on PC, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account on both Microsoft Store App and Xbox App.
