My xbox standar controller not turn on after a failed update

Good day, my Xbox controller doesnt turn on affter i accidentally i plug off the usb cable when it was updating via my Xbox controller an i dont know what to do, i need urgent help please,i´ve trying everything i saw in Xbox support, please help those are
all the details i can give

NOT turning on

My xbox controller wont turn on after trying to update it (it failed) it wont even let the light blink o the xbox button

Controller wont turn on after a failed update

The xbox had prompt me do update my xbox elite controller, after getting to 18%, the update failed and my controller would not work properly. After restarting my xbox my controller simply will not turn on at all.

I have done the basic troubleshooting methods such as removing the batteries, connecting the controller to the Xbox via USB and leaving it for a while to update in the background, but i am sure the update is not occurring and i have no way to check if it actually
is working.

Does anybody have any solutions other than me waiting hours for an update to happen when i'm not even sure it is happening

Mine failed once right after the update, I turned off the console, powered it back up and after the console completely powered back up, I then turned on the controller and all was good to go.

Didn't have to resynk the controller at all.

Hello bloke, I had the same problem and the controller simply doesn't turn on. I have three controllers, they all stopped working after the update failed...

I would say that if you are having problems with the controller after completing all the troubleshooting steps on

Troubleshoot your Xbox One Wireless Controller, then I would probably contact
customer support
directly so that they can outline what offers they have for service of the controller.
