My xbox ss, when I enter a game, the first image remains, and when I return to the main...

I can get past the truck chase and race, but when I go and try to get my first car my game stops working and returns to the main menu. No idea what's going on.

What you said is true but I can’t figure out why it worked in the first place. The picture is a ss of when it worked.

Disregard above. That I figured out. But when in game, say first car and you've entered all info .... How does one return to screen to change button config?

This tends to happen when you exit the game without first returning to the main menu. If you do that then you should encounter no reset problems in the future.

I do everything that you say, but i can´t to access. The services in my local area are OK. In this moment when I try to add a profile, doesn´t pass to the loading screen (don´t show me the keyboard when I can enter my account) and after returns to the principal
main.
