    My Xbox software on my PC doesn't work


    A couple of days ago I bought the Xbox Game Pass and downloaded the FM2022. However, I also bought the game on steam. I can't log in to the Xbox software and it can't show the game that I downloaded. So I delete the WindowsApps file and download the game on Steam but the game said that there is an error. Now, I can't sign in to the Xbox software. It is always said that Content failed to load and there was an issue loading the page. After pressing the sign-in button in the Xbox software, nothing happens so I can't sign in. I don't know if there are any solutions to the problem. I have tried to restart my PC and re-download the game. However, It didn't work.

    Hi there Frank welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Okay try this: Open the Settings app (the gear in the start menu)

    Open Accounts

    Click Sign-in Options

    Scroll down to Privacy

    Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    Restart your PC

    I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    Have done all that. Nothing seems to work. Uninstalled, reinstalled, hard booted in between. Changed privacy settings several times and submitted. No idea at this point.
