    My Xbox simply doesn’t work


    Ok where do i even start?

    my xbox is being incredibly slow

    my game has finished updating but it is stuck in my queue saying that it is at 100%

    also, when i try to get onto gta 5, i realised a problem where the game doesn’t properly load in. Ive done countless research but cant find anything, can you help?

    I forgot to mention that gta 5 does not render fully, and i can not complete missions or play the game properly

    Hey there OBrown7 ,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing. I suggest trying a

    soft factory reset     (the one that keeps your games & apps) of the console if you are able to get to the settings menu.

    When you get the chance, give that a go and let us know if that helped.

    You should power cycle your Xbox one console to see if the issue is resolved or not. If that doesn’t work, you might have a corrupted profile; you can fix this by simply reading your account back into the Xbox network.

    my account keeps getting the 0x82D40003 code when trying to play games like enlisted or online games, while other accounts work.

    apparently on my other console it doesn’t work either. other accounts work on both xboxs but my main account doesn’t (i bought gamepass on it too).

    Hello, I looked at all of the options on the support page and none of them have the problem I have. It simply just doesn’t show cloud save as an option when I want to move it. I have cloud save enabled and it works but it just doesn’t let me move anything to it.
