    when i start a game in 5 or 10 min the console shtuts down but if put Netflix or YouTube it never happens. why is that ?

    It sounds like an overheating problem. Games use way more processing power than apps. Try moving your Xbox to a different spot or set it on its side for better ventilation.

    Strange indeed. Perform a power cycle of the console and see if that clears it. Hold power down for 10 seconds while the console shuts down. Then unplug power from outlet and wait 5 minutes. After that plug back in and reboot.

    do you play with your console plugged into an extension or surge protector? if you are its possible its not getting the full amount of power it needs and i recommend to try with the console connected to the main wall.
