    How come when I start up my Xbox series s this screen shows up and I hear the start up theme but that's it it doesn't load up menu or anything any suggestions or help on the situation will help

    Can't Stream ME:Andromeda on Twitch or Beam in full Screen

    I am having the same problem only that is how my game shows on my main screen. I am streaming it to my computer so I can use my G933's. When I first clicked on start icon it was normal then screen had complete static in smaller screen for five seconds then
    stayed small. I was also playing music off a usb and while game is up and streaming I would have static with my music.

    You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

    I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.

    Hey peterhump! If you believe the console is behaving in a way it shouldn't, I would suggest taking it back to the retailer you purchased it from. Thanks!

    Been having the same problem intermittently. The tech contact had me reinstall the latest update via a flash drive. I'll see how that works.
