My xbox settings will not work

Discus and support My xbox settings will not work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My settings are set to allowing me to play with other creators in player but when i enter my game it doesnt let me.     My xbox settings will not work


    My settings are set to allowing me to play with other creators in player but when i enter my game it doesnt let me. I try it on my phone aswell. Sometimes when i try to fix the settings again it will say that theyre is an error. I dont have a family about and im above 18 so its not a teen account. Please help

    What error are you getting and in which game?

    Have you set to "allow" all of these settings?

    *You can see and upload community creations

    * You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

    * Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

    * You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

    * You can create and join clubs

    * You can join multiplayer games

    Hey Peter, thanks for reaching out for support on the Xbox Forum. You're always welcome here! I'm happy to help you with this settings issue. I understand how that can be confusing.

    Just to help narrow it down, which setting exactly are you referring to when you say multiplayer is on?

    Also, which game are you trying to play, and are you part of a Microsoft family group? Some multiplayer features can be restricted by family settings even if the multiplayer option looks enabled.

    Let me know, and I'll be here to provide troubleshooting steps.

    Microsoft are definitely aware of the issue and are actively working on getting the feature up and running again, hopefully it won't take all too long but for now we'll just have to have some patience.

    xbox 360 hdmi works on some TVs and not on my TV

    I have tested my xbox on my neightbours houve again and it works. The weird thing is that HIS xbox works on my tv, with my hdmi cable, but my xbox does not work on my TV, but works on his TV. I have tried to set the default settings on my xbox, tried to
    disable tv autodetect. but nothing.

    I think it might be a hardware problem...
