My xbox series x profile stuck on playing a 360 game tried everything d everything

Let's remove your profile from your console and perform a power cycle before adding your account back to refresh your account and clear the console's cache.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address that's linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Same thing is happening with my Xbox series x and my boyfriend Xbox 1. Tried everything and still stuck on the sign in page.

Hello Virginia O, I have access to my microsoft account, login and everything, That's not the problem. The problem is that my old Xbox 360 Gamertag, achievements and everything was gone, when I logged in i had to set up a new profile/gamertag and everything for my Series X. Been trying to get in contact with an Agent but seem to be stuck in an infinite waiting loop.

I am having the same problem as Candy Callam and it's not allowing me to sign in. HELP!!!

I’m having the same issue and have tried everything, including the DNS change and removing of my profile. I really want to play the game with my friends who also have a Series X but mines is the only one crashing.
