Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

I couldn't tell you if you can sell it in parts, since there is no official place where you can do it, but always where they repair consoles or in some technical service can sell your console in parts since in some cases they need parts to fix other consoles.

You can also check if your console still has an active warranty and if it does, the repair may be free, otherwise you could send it to be repaired directly to Xbox and you would have to pay a fee. To do this, you must verify your console at the following link:

Thanks for the reply Jose. Unfortunately it's 6 months out of warranty which is why I sent it to a third party to try fix it I know this is a forum for players, I was just wondering if anyone else had the issue and if they were able to get it replaced somewhere or if they had tips on what to do with the xbox if it can't be fixed at all.

We can only suggest sending it in to Microsoft for repair.

Did you ever find out what went wrong? My Xbox series x keeps doing this. Someone said to my it’s the motherboard but I don’t wanna pay and send it off it it isnt
