My Xbox Series X keeps getting disconnected in online games!

Hello so for a while now I’ve been having connectivity issues. even when I had my PlayStation 5, I would get disconnected constantly and it makes it very hard to enjoy playing anything. I’m a huge UFC 4 fan and that’s what I play most. When I’m in a match online, my connection is usually really good. For a little while it will work fine but then I’ll get disconnected. Over and over and over. I’ve followed port forwarding tutorials, turning on UPnP, even resetting my router to factory settings. I get 500+ down, open NAT (it’ll occasionally say moderate which I’m not sure why). Any questions I will happily answer. Thank you!

I would recommend checking options with a router replacement if they have already managed the network settings.

I’ve reached out to them multiple times and they think they solve the problem for me but it continues. Im not too familiar with how networks and wifi work but I’m not sure what could be the problem either. And apparently they’re not sure either so should I ask them again? what would you recommend I say to them to pinpoint the actual problem rather than me spilling nonsense?

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. In order for us to check if it's the console itself, do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot?
