My Xbox Series X keeps disconnecting me from the internet over and over again and won’t let...

I sympathise. Since this latest update my xbox one keeps disconnecting from the internet saying no network detected when the settings says it is. I have a series x haven't tried that yet to see if same issue .

I have the same exact problem - just started randomly happening about 3 months ago. Randomly when I power my Series X off it will disconnect from the known router address and I have to keep setting up a network over and over upon launching it the next time. Then it will be fine for a few weeks and out of the blue rinse and repeat.

It won’t let me click on the reset option or even use the restart option for anything. It will only allow me to uninstall the games directly. The game is the digital copy purchased from the Xbox store on the Xbox series x.

According to your reply, you are being kicked out of your gameplay. To isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few things:

1. What games are we playing?
   
2. Do you have issues to all games or only multiplayer games?
   
3. Can we ask for the error message or code you are getting? Please conceal your gamertag or email address.
   
4. What is your Network Status, here are the steps:
   
   • Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
     
   • Select Network and Network Settings.
     
   • Look for NAT Type.
     
   • Please reply with a screenshot or picture of the Xbox Network.
     

For connectivity issues with your Xbox Series X. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:



1. Restart your Xbox Series X and your router/modem.

2. Make sure your Xbox Series X is up to date with the latest system update.

3. Check your network connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection.

4. If you're using a wireless connection, try moving your Xbox Series X closer to your router or using a wired connection instead.

5. If issue still persists, you may need to contact your internet service provider to check if there are any issues with your internet connection.
