My Xbox series x isn’t connecting to my tv or controller

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

Before considering a potential hardware issue, you could try bringing up the Xbox startup troubleshooter and perform a factory reset if you reach the screen.

“Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button on the console, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10–15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.
You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.”

I held the power button until it turned off and then unplugged the console for about 20 minutes before plugging it back in. I have also tried holding the power button and the eject disc button and the same time. I have also tried using another HDMI cable that I know works. The console power button does light up and it beeps like it’s turning on but does not come on on the tv nor will my controller connect to the console anymore.

May I know if your console turns on, or when you press the power on button it doesn't light up?

Besides that, when you say you did a hard reset, do you mean that you performed a physical power cycle?

“Turn off the console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will be turned off.

Turn on the console again by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on the controller.

If you do not see the green startup animation when the console is restarted, repeat these steps.

Be sure to hold down the power button until the console is completely turned off.

Important: If the console is in sleep mode, the steps above will turn off the console completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on the console by saying “Xbox on”, will not be activated until you restart the console.”

I tried this and did not hear a second “power up” tone. I still have a “no signal” screen on the tv even though the Xbox is turning on.
