My xbox series x is the only system in my house that keeps disconnecting from the internet....

I sympathise. Since this latest update my xbox one keeps disconnecting from the internet saying no network detected when the settings says it is. I have a series x haven't tried that yet to see if same issue .

According to your reply, you are being kicked out of your gameplay. To isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few things:

1. What games are we playing?
   
2. Do you have issues to all games or only multiplayer games?
   
3. Can we ask for the error message or code you are getting? Please conceal your gamertag or email address.
   
4. What is your Network Status, here are the steps:
   
   • Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
     
   • Select Network and Network Settings.
     
   • Look for NAT Type.
     
   • Please reply with a screenshot or picture of the Xbox Network.
     

For connectivity issues with your Xbox Series X. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:



1. Restart your Xbox Series X and your router/modem.

2. Make sure your Xbox Series X is up to date with the latest system update.

3. Check your network connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network connection.

4. If you're using a wireless connection, try moving your Xbox Series X closer to your router or using a wired connection instead.

5. If issue still persists, you may need to contact your internet service provider to check if there are any issues with your internet connection.

I’ve brought my friends Xbox Series X round to my house, used the same wifi and I didn’t have any problems the whole day. I think it is my Xbox Series X with issues. What do I do? I have also tried switching wifi on my Xbox and it did nothing. This is really starting to irritate me, I’ve been kicked out of games at least 6 times today.

You may try the suggestion of Just a Volunteer.

Alternatively, try connecting to a different network to see if issue persists.
