My xbox series x freeze, what should i do

All game play with internal ssd.

No external hdd / ssd plug.

I have this problem about 1 year ago until now, every times update software there is same problem.

Until home menu, play youtube, see 4k movie mkv, download / copy game there is no problem, but when play game after 30 second freeze & back to home menu.

What should i do..?

I have tried for each game digital game or disc & play with online or offline (set home) when play game same problem (freeze) or sometimes it restart itself.

Could you elaborate on the problem you have when there is an update? As far as I'm aware, there are currently no reported problems with the latest Xbox Update.

Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

- Are these games digital or disc-based?

- Are these all games you play online?
