    My XBOX series X controller is gone crazy


    I'll start by saying the "original position" is my gamertag on the upper left corner of the screen

    pushing anywhere on the D-pad moves you 1 step and back to the original position

    The thumbsticks dont work at all

    The B button And A button work every 3rd or 4th push.

    The trigger move the dashboard but go quickly back to the original position.

    cycled console, cycled controller, tried second controller all with the same thing

    Hard wired controllers and "updated" them, still same problems

    I Havent changed anything, i havent moved anything, it was all working fine yesterday

    Edit: Nope, scratch that...A button has completely stopped working

    If it's 2 controllers, then it sounds more like a console/settings issue than a controller issue...best way to test that is , if you have an XB1, try using the controller with that and see what happens.

    Beyond that, it will need someone more knowledgaeble to walk you through any settings etc

    What going on with Xbox series x controllers?

    The first thing I did was update my controller and it's still drifting on the y axis. The Xbox controller that I use for my pc that I got 7 years ago works. My 360 controllers works. The series x controller, 1.5 years old, drifts like crazy. Just outta warranty, funny how that works. 😜

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

    Controller Gone Crazy

    so,

    ever since Xbox live outage happened my controller hasn't been working right. (and no, I don't beat my controller in rage if I lose at a video game.) I could be on the home page, and I move the controller joystick once and instead of going to the friends page it would take me to one page extra or 3. this has been occurring a lot recently and it's gotten annoying, does anyone know how to fix it?
    It happening to me too and not even a hard reset will fix it, if you have any fixes can you tell me because it driving me nuts, if I find any fixes i will tell you

    Hi yes, with my XBOX ONE controller all is ok. When i use my XBOX SERIES X controller with cable, it's seem to be ok too.

    It's really when i play with wireless on XBOX SERIES X controller....
