    My xbox series x controller broke within 2 weeks of getting it back from the support team.


    How do I get my money or a good quality controller back?

    I bought a new Xbox series X controller in July of 2021 and around October it started to have a few buttons not working. I sent it back to Microsoft and got a controller back, its been maybe a month since then and there are already 2 buttons not working (A and Y) and there is stick drift. I don't throw my controllers either or damage them, I just play games and they are somehow broken already. I am seriously wondering about the quality of these controllers.

    Well regardless he's within 30 days extended warranty

    If your warranty is up or near being up you get 30 days or the remainder of your 90day warranty whichever is longer

    Maybe you should consider the treatment of your controller controllers don't break that easily

    As I said, I don't treat them poorly, I will play for a few hours everyday on games such as Rocket League and Forza and then put my controller on the charging station. Basically a rinse and repeat cycle, somedays I don't even play so that fact that the controller has broke shortly after Microsoft "fixed" it is stupid.

    Thanks.i powerwashed my xbox series x. It it fixed it. Last time however i did that it reverted back within a couple of weeks.
